Campbell River Marine Terminal is looking for a General Manager to work with the Board of Directors to achieve continued strategic and sustainable growth.  The successful candidate will oversee current operations, ensure the organization operates efficiently and effectively, build key relationship, be a motivator for teamwork productivity and service excellence, and establish financial and operation sustainability during periods of focused development.  This position demands an energetic leader with a strong financial acumen, and the ability to navigate a complex array of competing priorities. 

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the marine industry.  The General Manager will re responsible for driving profitability while fostering a positive work environment.
