Invest Nova Scotia, in partnership with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, the Atlantic Provinces, Global Affairs Canada , and industry association partners, are recruiting ocean technology companies interested in co-exhibiting within the Canada Pavilion or participating as a walker at OCEANS 2024 Halifax in Halifax, Nova Scotia from September 23-26, 2024
OCEANS 2024 Halifax will bring together over 2,000 attendees and 100+ exhibitors for four days of education and networking, and highlighting relevant topics and current trends while creating a community of learners and influencers. OCEANS is an annual event for global marine technologists, engineers, students, government officials, lawyers, and advocates.
Invest Nova Scotia is the organizer of the Canada Pavilion for OCEANS 2024 Halifax which takes place at the new Halifax Convention Centre, in the heart of Canada’s largest city on the East Coast. The Canada Pavilion will include 24 exhibitors, with companies from Atlantic Canada and across the country.

Co-exhibitor Details:
As a co-exhibitor in the Canada Pavilion, each company will receive:
- Individual co-exhibitor booth space within the pavilion which includes the print production of booth graphics. (Each company is responsible for providing their logo and artwork for the booth graphics.)
- Display counter and locked cabinet
- 2 chairs / stools
- Carpet
- Electricity
- Access to dedicated Wi-Fi
Optional booth items (e.g. tv screens/monitors) may be available to rent at additional cost.
Co-exhibitor Registration Fee* (Atlantic Canada Companies): $1725.00 ($1,500.00 + $225.00 HST)
Co-exhibitor Registration Fee* (Companies outside Atlantic Canada): $3450.00 ($3,000.00 + $450.00 HST)
*Each company is responsible for the cost of all travel, accommodation, and meals while in market. Companies are also responsible for the provision of all artwork for their booth graphics. The cost for print production of booth graphics is included in the co-exhibitor registration fee.
Business-to-Business Matchmaking Service Details:
For this trade show, we are piloting an opportunity for up to 10 co-exhibitors in the Canada Pavilion to benefit from customized business-to-business matchmaking, provided by an experienced consultant in the ocean technology industry. The consultant will meet with you to ensure that your company’s capabilities, capacities, and objectives for OCEANS 2024 are clearly understood. They will then conduct a systematic prospecting campaign to schedule a target of 2-5 business-to-business meetings for you with qualified prospects over the three-day period of OCEANS 2024. You be provided with profiles of the organizations with whom you will be meeting, in advance of OCEANS 2024 (to include website, address, contact, brief company profile).
Optional add-on for Co-exhibitors*:
- Business-to-Business Matchmaking Service Fee* (Atlantic Canada Companies): $230.00 ($200.00 + $30.00 HST)
- Business-to-Business Matchmaking Service Fee* (Companies outside Atlantic Canada): $230.00 ($200.00 + $30.00 HST)
*Note: There is a separate registration menu option for this service under "REGISTER". There are a limited number of co-exhibitor booths available within the Canada Pavilion and strong demand is expected. Registrations from companies owned by under-represented groups such as women, black, indigenous and people of colour, and LGBTQ2+ are encouraged. Registrations will be confirmed pending screening by the trade mission organizing committee for eligibility and suitability to participate as payment is received. If your company is not selected to participate in the Canada pavilion, a refund will be issued.
Walker Program Details:
Companies from across the country interested in participating as part of the Canadian delegation, but do not want to exhibit, may join the delegation as a show walker. This can be a great option for newer or smaller companies. Each show walker will receive delegate communications and be invited to participate in all delegation events and info sessions.
Walker Program Registration Fee*: $230.00 ($200.00 + $30.00 HST)
*Each company is responsible for covering the costs of any show admission tickets, costs of all travel, hotels, meals and incidentals. Registrations from companies owned by under-represented groups such as women, black, indigenous and people of colour, and LGBTQ2+ are encouraged.
