ABCMI, in partnership with LearnSphere, is offering a peer-to-peer leadership retreat for up to 15 women in the marine and defence sector.
As a woman leader in the male-dominated marine and defence industry, it can be lonely. This is a great way for companies to demonstrate their willingness to help develop future women leaders within their organization.
