APICS Supply Chain Best Practices Workshop

28 Sep 2017
9:30am - 2:30pm PDT

In this focused event, business owners and managers will explore a proven approach —
incorporating management, strategy, marketing and decision sciences — to designing and
managing your supply chain pain points.

Business leaders will develop new practical insights for integrating your supply chain into a
coordinated system and how to identify risks and design cost reduction strategies. You’ll
leave exposed to new knowledge and tools for integrating strategy, planning, and operations
to increase service levels and grow your Vancouver Island based business.

Senior APICS members and experts will guide the workshop. You and your fellow business
leaders will explore state-of-the-art models and solutions to the real-world challenges of
supply chain management, logistics, inventories, transportation, information, and more.

The session format allows for both group and one-on-one interaction with the experts: before,
