The Association of British Columbia Marine Industries (ABCMI) is pleased to announce the ABCMI Industry Information Forum, which aims to informs its members on the findings and recommendations of a recent industry report completed by KPMG on behalf of ABCMI – titled the BC Industrial Marine Sector Economic Impact Analysis and Subsector Assessment Report. The intent is to give an overview of the KPMG Report and then to follow up early in the new year with the six industry subsectors that ABCMI represents. In this forum, ABCMI will also present its planned activities over the next 6 months as well as outline its Business Opportunities Conference scheduled to take place in Vancouver in November 2021. The second half of the ABCMI Industry Information Forum will be a continuation of the recent ABCMI Innovation Webinar, featuring a number of very interesting federal government services and funding programs in support of innovation and new technologies. As an ABCMI Member, these are two hours that will be of interest and use to you and your business.
